2. Ss can know the meaning of Here you are in different context.

3. Ss know the sound of the letter d.

技能目标Ss can understand, read and act the story.

情感目标:Ss can get the humor from Cartoon time.

1. Ss can use Where’s = Where is …? Its on/ in/under/ behind ...  to ask and answer the positions.

Teaching procedures  教学过程

Step 1 Warm up

1. Enjoy a song

T: Let’s enjoy a song Wheres the bird.

S: OK.

T: Where is the bird?

S: It’s in the tree.

T: Yes. Now lets play a game with the bird.

2. Play games

1) whos faster

If you see a word, please say it loudly. If you see a bird, please stand up,act

and say it three times.

2) Lets guess

T: Wheres the bird? (show a picture of a book)

S1: Is it under the book?

T: No, it isnt.

S2: Is it on the book?

T: Yes, it is.(show pictures of a desk, a chair and a tree one by one)

 

Step 2 Sound time

1. Sound time

T: Where is the bird?

S: It’s on the desk.

T: Yes. The bird is standing on the desk. Follow me, “stand”.

S: Stand.

T: Now, where is the bird?

S: It flies away.

T: You’re right. Follow me, “fly away”. Next, please choose and complete the rhyme.

T: Let’s share the answers. Look at these words. What can you find?

S: 字母d都发[d]

T: Yes, you are right. Let’s read them together. Do you know more words with d[d]?

 

Step 3 Cartoon time

1. Watch and guess

T: Boys and girls, our good friends are coming. Who are they?

S: Bobby and Sam.

T: They are playing “hide and seek”. Bobby hides and Sam seeks. Let’s make a guess. Where is Bobby?

S1: Bobby is under the chair.

S2: Bobby is in the desk.

S3: Bobby is behind the door.

T: Next, let’s watch the video. Here are two questions. Where is Bobby? Who wins?

T: Who wins?

S: Sam.

T: Where’s Bobby at first?

S: 在抽屉里。

T: Yes, he’s in the drawer. But where’s he at last?

S: He’s on the table.

T: Let’s listen to Sam. What does “Here you are.” mean?

S: “Here you are.” means “你在这里!

T: Let’s compare two sentences. What do they mean?

Ha! Ha! Here you are, Bobby!

This doll is for you. Here you are.

S: The first Here you are. means 你在这儿. The second means 给你.

2. Read the story

T: Is the story funny?

S: Yes.

T: Let’s read after the computer. (逐句跟读并指导语气兴奋、失望、得意等)

T: Let’s read it together.

(学生齐读)

3. Do the dubbing

T: Now can you dub for the whole story together? (你们能为这个故事配音吗?)

S: Yes.

4.Lets talk

T: What do you think of Sam?

S: He’s smart/clever/foxy.

T: What may Bobby say in picture 6?

  S: I want to eat the cake./ Don't eat the cake, Bobby.

T: What may Bobby say in picture 7?

  S: You're bad.

 

Step 4 Make and act a dialogue

T: Sam wins. So, it’s Bobby’s turn to seek Sam. What will happen? Can you imagine and act it out?

 

Homework 家庭作业

1. Read Cartoon time 3 times and act out.

2. Read Sound time 3 times and find more words with [d].
